Mission Statement:
To file all official documents for Montgomery County Juvenile Court and maintain the official court docket and journal. As public servants we recognize the importance of every case and carry out our responsibilities with accuracy and efficiency. We will withhold confidential information as instructed under law.

Staff:
Under the direction of Administrative Judge, Nick Kuntz, the Clerk’s Office employs 23 staff responsible for the official filings.
HOURS OF OPERATION
| Filings: | 8:30am-4:15pm, Monday – Friday, including
lunch Due to staffing, only one clerk is available for filings over the lunch hour |
| Phone Calls: | 8:30am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday |

COMING TO OUR OFFICE?
The Clerk's Office is located on the Lower Level of Juvenile Justice Center. After entering the building, go straight through security and turn right at the Information Center Desk. Take the stairs or elevator (E1) down one level. Please stand in line and one of the window or record clerks will assist you.
