Pro Se Checklist

1. What are you filing? 
   1. Visitation ONLY
   2. Support, or Support and Visitation
   3. Custody, or Custody with Support or Visitation Issues
2. Can you afford the filing fee?  It's $90 for the a new case, an additional $45 for any sibling and $45 for motions.  Custody actions can cost an ADDITIONAL $50.  If you do NOT think you can afford the filing fee and need help with your packets - call the Volunteer Lawyers at 888-534-1432 for FREE ASSISTANCE.
3. READ THE INTRODUCTION TO PRO SE - you are acting as your own attorney, so you need to know what is expected of you to file paperwork at the court.
4. If you complete the paperwork on your own, you must complete one of the packets (Paternity, Custody, Support, Visitation) for each child, the Personal Information Sheet and bring these with your filing fee to the Clerk's Office.  Times for filing are listed on the Introduction.
