TOBACCO CASES
• O.R.C. §2151.87 prohibits a juvenile from use or possession of tobacco products or instruments
• Tobacco Cases are heard the 2nd Tuesday, every month, beginning at 5:00pm. Juveniles can pay a $100.00 (one hundred dollar) fine instead of coming to Court.
